How match practice works
A morning game with overs, a target, and one note to take back to the nets.
Match practice is a game with a start time and a finish time. Players are given a role before the toss. The score is kept so the talk afterwards is about the match, not a feeling.
Parents can watch from the boundary. Coaching during an over waits until the over is finished.
